- Certificate of agreement from the Tithe Commissioners for England and Wales signed by The Bishop of Gloucester, Lord Bolingbroke and Giles Daubeney, 6th Feb. 1845. A note records the original copy of the agreement was signed on 16th December 1844. On the accompanying plan, areas in blue denote lands transferring from the church to Lord Bolingbroke; areas in yellow, lands transferring from Lord Bolingbroke to the church.
The exchange of lands allowed Lord Bolingbroke greater privacy around his house whilst providing the church with a site for a new parsonage.
