One of four Grade II Listed limestone Georgian Chest tombs belonging to the Iles family, lying furthest north of the group. The Historic England Listing (2002) describes it as having a 'moulded top with reeded fascia. Recessed corner balusters. Side panels in form of incised funerary lamp.'

Sacred to the Memory of JOHN ILES/Late of STUDELY GRANGE in this Parish/ who departed this Life/ the 16th day of October 1820/ Aged 81 Years.
Reverse
SACRED/to the memory of MARY daughter of /JOHN and ELIZABETH ILES/who departed this Life / April the 11th 1822/ Aged 51 Years. / His Family as a small tribute of affectionate memory have caused this Tomb to be erected.
