Studio portrait photograph of Mr Charles Thomas Landsdown and his wife, Mary Jane Lansdown (ne Brown) Jane was the daughter of Barnaby and Jane Brown, who ran Hook School in the late 19th century. The couple were married at St. Mary's Lydiard Tregoze on 7th December 1889.

This photograph was most probably taken to celebrate the couple's marriage.
