Brothers Mervyn Edmonds (1893-1956) (left) and Frederick Edmonds (b1885)(right).

Originating from Lydiard Tregoze, Fred Edmonds became a successful Swindon businessman, owning the Swindon Motor Company. He was also the proprietor of the company his father Edwin Hugh Edmonds founded, EH Edmonds & Sons, Agricultural Engineers.
