Photograph of the Keeper of Lydiard House taken by The Swindon Evening Advertiser following a break-in at the house in October 1996 in which a Coalport dessert service, two mantle clocks and an ivory dressing table set belonging to the 5th Vsct. Bolingbroke were stolen. All the items were taken from the State Bedroom.

Keeper, Sarah Finch-Crisp is pictured with a remaining example of the floral dessert service which had been gifted to Lydiard House. Sadly, the stolen items were never traced.
