Will of Charlotte Orby Wombwell, 1852

Charlotte Catherine Orby Wombwell of Lydiard Park made her will in February 1852, probate was granted to her executors in January 1855.

Administration of the will was complicated by two indentures dated 1834 and 1836 made by her father, Thomas Orby Hunter, and his will and a codicil to his will in 1848.

Her own will lists the conditions of these indentures which related to the money given to her on her marriage, and which was restricted by various trusts and securities.
