Portrait (detail) of Anne Leighton (c.1591-1628), 1st wife of Sir John St.John 1st Baronet by the court painter to James 1st, William Larkin.

Anne's full length portrait standing next to her husband can be seen on the central panel of the St.John family polyptych in the Chancel of St. Mary's Lydiard Tregoze. Her sculpted image is on the tomb of Sir John St.John in the adjacent chapel and a portrait of her can also be seen in the Dining Room of Lydiard House.
