Lady St.John wrote her will in March 1703 [New Style]. In ‘February 1704’ she added a long unsigned and unwitnessed codicil. She died on 15 January 1705 at the age of seventy-five.

Sir Walter's will is dated 8 March 1706, he was buried at St Mary's, Battersea on 9 July 1708, aged eighty-six.
